Be it that I’m living an empowered life and adore my free time, I decided to take Shaun T’s newest workout to a new level and cut a Daily T25 Review to track my progress. As for today’s T25 Review, I’m calling it Pre-Day1 because T25 is a 5 day (25 minute workout) program that I would prefer to start the official tracking next Tuesday [because I work on Sundays/Mondays and have no interest on working out on those days]. Since, however T25 arrived today… and I’m all about taking massive action …I made the decision to get started today versus waiting to finding out what kind of torture Shaun T had in store for us this time!!
